Stupidity

Monday:

Evening snack - Oatmeal raisin bar + 1 small square of Lindt chocolate (couldn't resist!)
Dinner (7pm) - MOS veggie burger (I was reeling from hunger,

Yesterday:

Breakfast - cup of oats
Lunch - noodles+egg+2 veggies + lemonade
Tea - Green (1 cup)
Dinner - Potato chips!!! -> what was I thinking??!?!?!

So yesterday I had this terrible terrible headache in the evening from all the number crunching and monitor-staring I was doing at work. My headache was so bad it was affecting my ability to think clearly, since I did the stupidest thing ever and went and watched a MOVIE which temporarily distracted me from the pain, but left me with the most terrible migrane ever at 9pm when I stumbled back home. And I ate a whole packet of chips (which is worse than popcorn, but at least it tasted real good) which was full of MSG and other terrible chemicals not to forget the fact that it is nothing but fried potatoes.

Didn't drink any water. And not a spot of exercise either. No wonder I'm growing sideways and have skin problems.

Today:

Breakfast - (nibbled intermittently between 8:00am and 11am) 4 slices of raisin bread
Brunch - 2 tiny Famous Amos cookies which were left over from one of the Guest meetings + a thin slice of LN's homemade Kueh Lapis cake. Cannot say no lah!

Lunch - ??? Probably brown rice and veggies. Need to get in 2 fruits as well.
Dinner - SALAD. And if I eat otherwise, I am going to be very disappointed in myself indeed.

Water - at least 10 mugs by the end of today.
